That's what I've got. I'm injured all over and seemingly transforming into an actual couch potato. Except fatter.

I've contacted a personal trainer.

So, I actually do have a plan.
1) Less CF :(
2) More "cardio" (i.e., spinning, sprints on rower or even actual running if my back can handle it) and strength training on my own
3) More regular yoga

All while cutting out those sneaky snacks (i.e., not buying them). Curse those snacks.
I've got my schedule for next week all mapped out.
Right now, I'm off to CF :)
